Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved for just you, a late cancellation or missed test leaves a hole in the day that could have been filled by another candidate. As such, we require 7 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Candidates who provide less than 7 days notice, or miss their appointment, will be responsible for the full cost of this appointment. If you cancel your appointment before the 7 days notice, you will be charged an administrative booking fee to the card on file.

Holding a test in York Region is contingent upon meeting a minimum number of registered candidates. If this requirement is not met three days before the test date, Medic Strong will notify candidates by email and move the session to Essex County. By registering, candidates agree to travel to Essex County if a minimum number is not met and understand that no refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
