Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved for just you, a late cancellation or missed test leaves a hole in the day that could have been filled by another candidate. As such, we require 7 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Candidates who provide less than 7 days notice, or miss their appointment, will be responsible for the full cost of this appointment. If you cancel your appointment before the 7 days notice, you will be charged an administrative booking fee to the card on file.
PFAT: York Region Testing Location
If you are interested in completing the PFAT in York Region, please email us at medicstronginfo@gmail.com. Testing at this location will be offered once a minimum number candidates have signed up.
